The Cabinet Council, held yesterday, made 17 appointments to senior state positions. These decisions concern notably the Prime Minister's office as well as several ministerial departments, as part of strengthening public administration. Within the Cell for Prevention and Emergency Management Support (CPGU), Faliniaina Rabevohitra Bako Nirina is appointed deputy executive secretary. Andriamiarinosy Mbolatiana takes on the role of director of financial and climate resilience strengthening, Julot Herman Randriamanalina becomes director of strategic planning, Elisaha Andrianasolo Rakotoseheno is appointed director of resilience promotion, while Colonel Bernard Rodin Ramanampamonjy is designated director of budget and logistics. At the Ministry of Interior and Decentralization, Fidèle Rafidison is appointed director of logistics and assets, Rado Milijaona becomes permanent secretary responsible for implementing the National Decentralization and Local Development Plan (PNDDL), while Bototsako Vonjy Manantenasoa is appointed chief of Tsihombe district. The Ministry of Land Planning and Land Services records the appointment of Major General Andrianoasy Ralaivaonary as Director General of the National Housing and Habitat Support Agency (ANALOGH). At the Ministry of Livestock, Lezoma Tsiry Andriamahabola is appointed Director General of the Livestock Fund. The Ministry of Fisheries and Blue Economy also sees several officials designated. Miaretsoa Longondraza is appointed director of fisheries, Niriko Victorien Henri Razafimandimby heads the Coordination Unit for Affiliated Organizations and Projects (UCORP), while new regional directors are assigned to Analamanga, Bongolava, Diana and Sava. Finally, Antonny Christian Rakotoherilalaina is appointed executive director of the Fisheries Health Authority (ASH).
