According to explanations provided by the Director General of Higher Education, Prof. Angelo Raherinirina, the response to these infractions was immediate. Phones were confiscated on the spot and fraudsters expelled without delay from the examination halls. The administrative authority clarifies that seized devices will only be returned after the final completion of all tests, pending thorough investigations into their contents. The disciplinary council will then decide the fate of the offenders and determine the severity of sanctions once guilt is established. This drastic measure concerns a large portion of staff, with the notable exception of the center director.
